MRCOG Part 3 Booking Form

1. If paying by cheque, please post this payment at least one week before the course date, as cheque bank clearance can sometimes take 3-5 business working days. At our discretion, we may insist on cash payment to cover the course fee if cheque bank clearance of funds has not been completed by the date of the course.
2. Cancellations made at least two weeks before the event and confirmed will be subject to a full refund less an administration fee of £50.00. It is regretted that cancellations made after this date cannot be refunded.
3. If we cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances, please note that the maximum refund will not exceed the course fee.
